Why should everyone deserves a good life

It’s interesting when you listen to debates with two opposing sides talking about suffering and poverty that exists in this world. Each side of the debate always try to justify the reason why what they are saying is right and the other side, wrong! Now the fact is when you look at it closely, every nation or society on this earth have the poor and the rich. The richest nation on earth has poor people and poorest nation have rich people. Even Jesus commented in His lifetime about the poor  The poor you will always have with you,  but you will not always have me. Matthew 26:11

But why should everyone deserves a good life? Truth is life is not fair.

However, we have not been left by God to be victims of life’s unfairness.

Why? Because of what God has done through Jesus for mankind already. Unfortunately many do not know this. But God did something about all these things we see today.

Everything was good in the beginning

You probably know the story, every thing was good in the beginning, when God created everything on this earth including man, whom He gave dominion over all things, man fell by allowing Satan to take over, when man disobeyed God and sin came into the world with all the attendant poverty, sickness and disease, wars, terrorism, man inhumanity to man and all evils you can think of. Genesis chapters 1,2,3

But that is not end of the story. God prepared a way out. Jesus came, died and paid the ultimate sacrifice for sin by suffering the penalty on the cross and went to hell,  so we need not go there anymore. Jesus going to hell did not only redeemed us from sin, He redeemed us from sin, sickness, poverty and second death.

You see, redemption simply means an action of regaining or gaining possession of something in exchange for payment, or clearing a debt. Jesus redeemed us. He paid the price. He not only cleared the debt for us to go to heaven, but he cleared the debt you owe life so to speak  from all manner of evil that life could subject you to.

Jesus defeated the devil totally and completely for every body that have ever been born.

Hear God’s mind about this: This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all people to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. 1 Timothy 2:3-4

Did  you see that? Everybody has the right to be saved.

Everyone deserve the good life.

Including you.

God has already done everything He needs to do for everyone not to be victims of this life. He has done everything for everyone no to play the script written by the evil.

You need to receive

All you need to do is to receive His love in Jesus

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. John 3 :16

Receive His word that He has given you, believe His word and act on it because it is true. When you adopt the position of the saved ones in your minds you will emerge victorious over the devil and his demons as he tries to keep you in bondage in your mind as a victim of life.

Victor in life, victor forever

You are a victor in life, a victor of life. Let that resonate in your mind over and over again.

Fill your mind with the word of God so that no matter what life throws at you, you will push back in the name of Jesus.

Refuse the victim mentality. You have been made a conqueror

Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. Romans 8:37

How difficult is it to operate by faith?

I’ve heard people say some things about faith that is quite interesting and; well, trendy depending on the latest fad in the world. Some people refers to faith as a person’s religion. I saw that ‘the internet’ lol… says that faith is having complete trust or confidence in someone or something and religion as the belief in and worship of a superhuman controlling power, especially a personal God or gods. However, a  christian should not be in doubt about what faith is because the bible tells us what it is and what it is not, And the knowledge from the scripture gives us insight into what it is!

We know about faith through knowledge

We know that through knowledge of the word of God same way we understand everything about God

Now faith is confidence in what we hope for and assurance about what we do not see. Hebrews 11:1

Truth is for the believer, knowledge is power, knowledge is essential in order to understand faith. All things that pertain to life and Godliness are given to us by God through  His knowledge (2 Peter 1:2-4) and faith is one of those things.

No wonder Romans 11:17 says that So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God

God is not denying us

When the believer finds it difficult to operate in the principles of faith, it’s not that God has not given him or her faith or the ability to operate in faith, it’s because the believer has been deficient in the knowledge of the word of God to operate in faith. Some people instead of taking the word of God and become studious  to obtain through meditation the necessary information from the word about faith, they prefer to throw in the towel, give up and say ”Oh! I do not have faith like so and so”

Or become extreme and explain it away religiously ”maybe it is not the will of God for me” ”I don’t have faith”

Truth is  you do. Hear what the bible says about it.  For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. Romans 12:3.

That concludes it, isn’t it. Every believer has faith.

Deficiency of knowledge

You see, faith is based on what you know in the word of God, the problem we are having that is causing the difficulty to walk by faith, has been that the knowledge of God’s Word has not been abiding in us, we have allowed the carnal knowledge of the world to choke the word of God that was there. Jesus warned us about this in the parable of the sower in Matthew 19.

That, amongst others is the reason why we have difficulties operating in faith, the devil’s plan is to get us to abandon getting the knowledge of God or when we have the knowledge, abandon it  through pressure.

However we have the responsible to feed ourselves the word of God and not allow the enemy to distracts us away from the word. We cannot afford to be double minded about the word of God because a double minded man is unstable in all his ways. James 1:8

So, we have to continually be in the word of God and receive the knowledge of the will of God regarding every areas of our lives, believe it, say it and act as if it true until the manifestation comes. God did not design walking in faith in His word to be difficult, we make it difficult, when we don’t follow His pattern regarding walking by faith.

Your decisions determine your destiny

When we take a close look at history we will discover that momentous events are shaped by decisions made by various players which produces destiny events. Take for example the story of Thomas Edison who is credited with the discovery of the light bulbs that we all take for granted today. His decision to continue to perfect his work until the final piece despite failures changed the course of history impacting on the destiny of everyone.

Your decisions sums your destiny

Your decisions determine your destiny and life is a series of choices, in fact truth is where you are today is a result of choices you have made in the past, even if you are not aware of these choices, you still made them anyway. No grey areas at all.

Every day we make decisions that move us closer to our God ordained destiny or away from it!

God has a wonderful life planned already for you and it is good.

For I know the plans I have for you,” says the Lord. “They are plans for good and not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope Jeremiah 29:11 NLT

But because God has all these plans for you does not mean it would come to pass if you don’t make the decision at each point of your life that will move you towards it. It like you trying to catch a flight, if you don’t leave your home on time and go to the airport, you will miss the flight.

Change into His plan

You cannot afford to sit still and put God’s plan for your life on hold. You see God never changes but His plan for your life is ever changing and dynamic to bring you into that future that He has planned for you. So that is why you have to be constantly changing with the insight God brings to you through the wisdom in His word and that will require your everyday decision to follow his plan.

Then he said to them all: “Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross daily and follow me. Luke 9:23 NIV

Yes, it might be difficult sometimes to make the right decisions to follow His plan in the midst of challenges we are facing but it pays to follow God and we will have to make that decision every day if we are going top fulfill our destiny.

Remember, life is a series of choices and your decisions determine your destiny.

How do you respond to life

Paul Coelho, the Brazilian novelist says when I had all the answers, the questions changed, it appears that circumstances in life has a way of changing in a way that creates bafflement in the minds of many. And the fear of the future, and what the future would bring made many to lose hope that the future they are going into could be better.

However, in living our lives on this earth, how we see life, the filter through which we see life matters greatly because that is what will dictate how we respond to life, and how we respond to life, will ultimately affects how our lives will turn out.

What filter are you seeing through

Every body sees life through a filter. An optimist would see situations and circumstances through a glass half full and a pessimist through a glass half empty. Truth is, they both might be facing the same situation, but see it differently.

Have you try to explain a concept or idea to someone and it appears that they don’t get it? You could see it clearly, but to them it’s different. it could be blurry to them or totally unseen. This is because they are viewing the situation, the circumstance, the concept, the idea no matter how brilliant it appears  through their own filter, which is their way of thinking.

Everybody sees life through a filter.

This filter ultimately determines how they respond to that situation and how they respond to their life eventually.

You move towards your dominant thoughts

No wonder the bible emphasize the importance of our dominant thoughts, because God knows that the direction our lives would go will be determined by our dominant way of thinking. In fact the direction, your life is taking right now is dependent on your current dominant way of thinking

For as he thinks in his heart, so is he…. Proverbs 23:7  Now if what the bible say is true, and it is, you should make sure you are viewing your life through the right filter.

The bible tells us to continually renew our minds with the word of God.

And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Roman 12:2 . This is to provide us a filter, a God filter in how we view and respond to life.

What many of us do not realise is that the renewal of our minds is to change our core beliefs and impact our thinking in such a way, as to change our view of life. Thank God that the knowledge of God’s word is increasing daily and many believers are learning what belongs to them in Christ Jesus. But the truth is many of us do not realise that we have to deliberately and literally change our core thinking by intense meditation on the word of God until it changed our core thinking and totally wiped out or obliterated previous ungodly thoughts in our core thinking.

It is possible to know all the scriptures about prosperity and hear the messages as well as be able to quote them intellectually but you have to allow those scriptures through continuous meditation to change how you see money and it’s use.

For example, If you have been raised with a fear of lack, you will always see your life as that, without; even if you eventually accumulate some money, you will limit what God could do in your life with money because deep down you have not changed your dominant thinking about money. Think about that!

All the money in the world

Someone said that if we take all the money in this world today and share it equally with everyone, in some years to come those who had it originally before we shared it equally will have it back again.
Why? Because their dominant thought is abundance whilst many does not have such core thinking! Unless you change your dominant thoughts deep down in you, you will be skimming the surface when it comes to any area you want to change.

That is why in order to change how you respond to life in any area, you have to change yourself at the core with the word of God. If you have as your core belief  a way of thinking that is negative, it will manifest in your life, if you see yourself as broke and without at your core, that is what you will get. On the other hand, if you see yourself prosperous and successful at your core, that is what will manifest in your life. See why it’s important we see life and respond to it based on God’s word after all it is His will that you prosper.

Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers 3 John 1:2

Would you play dead next time?

History is repleted with heroic resistance of people in the face of tyranny in virtually every generation and cultures. An interesting story about resistance to the tyranny of an empire that came to my mind was that of how a group of rag-tag men: artisan, craftsmen, hunters and farmers in a small country in pre-colonial Africa called Egba got their act together to defeat an empire. You see at the time the Oyo empire was an empire in what is geographically today, Western Nigeria and part of Benin Republic. It was founded circa 1300 and at its height, was the most politically important state in the entirety of Western Africa till the late 18th century. But these group of artisan, craftsmen and farmers defeated the empire in their land and liberated themselves because they refused to play dead again and allow things to continue as they were. They organised themselves, they took action and won the war of liberation against the powerful empire. Same way the bible encourages us to resist the enemy at all points.

That enemy is the devil.

But unlike the powerful empire the people of Egba faced, this  enemy has already been defeated. However he has through the centuries after his defeat cast himself as a powerful foe.

The bible beg to differ

But the bible beg to differ, Jesus had defeated Him on our behalf already! Yes, there was a time when he was powerful on this earth but he has been stripped of that by Jesus.

God wiped out the charges that were against us for disobeying the Law of Moses. He took them away and nailed them to the cross. There Christ defeated all powers and forces. He let the whole world see them being led away as prisoners when he celebrated his victory. Colossians 2:15 CEV

So the devil and his minions has been defeated already, But he still try to strut around as someone powerful through creating an impression via various means that he is. But he is not. I’ve heard believers say this, ‘the devil has power but no salvation’ There is nothing in the bible that teaches that. Hear what the bible says about what he has,

Put on all the armor that God gives, so you can defend yourself against the devil’s tricks. Ephesians 6:11

Tricks is all He has

Did you see that?

Tricks is all he has and if he can trick us to believe that he is more powerful than us and can take us out anytime, we will walk in fear all the days of our lives afraid of a defeated foe. And when he come against you in any area of your life with intention to take you out, to destroy your health, to destroy your home or your finances, you will not lie down and play dead but rise up  and put on the armour of God to resist him.

It’s not only you

You might say ‘Pastor, It’s just only me, I don’t think I can fight the devil and win and I know myself’

Truth is you probably don’t if you think like that. You are a new creature made righteous by God to reign in life (2 Corinthians 5:21) You have been given authority over the devil and all the powers of the enemy.

Hear what Jesus said about you:  Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you Luke 10:19

Hear what you are expected to do:  Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. James 4:7

That is what happen when we resist the devil. he will flee, tat is guaranteed by the scripture. You will make him flee. So take action today just like those group of Egba rag-tag army made up of artisan, farmers, hunters and craftsmen refused to play dead in the midst of oppression and won the war against an empire. So resist the devil and he will run away from you in terror.

Think Big

I remember, a story of a man who purchased a property for his business and he invited his pastor to come and look at it. When the man got there, he look at the size of the property and turned back to go to his car without saying a word! The man ran after him and asked him what happened. He looked at him and said

”I know you shrank the dream, go bigger, think big”

The man went home to think about what his pastor said and decided to buy the adjoining land he’d negotiated before to add to the property. Few years later, the price of the property went up in the area and he sold that land he bought for a tidy profit.

Now while that story illustrate the advantages of thinking big,  the word think big, for the believer is not a cliche, Of course in many circles people say it, but believers need to have the  understanding and revelation of what it means to think big because your assignment on earth, the plan of God and lives of many hinges on it.

The beginning on earth began big

The creation of earth was very eventful, earth is one of God’s creation among other planets and it’s big!

The bible described this planet  being in total chaos and without form and God changed it by the word He spoke, He turned this massive expanse of real estate into something good.

..And God saw that it was good. Genesis 1:25.  He then created Adam and Eve and handed over the planet to them. Adam and Eve were operating in perfect harmony with God and have no problems about increase in the garden of Eden.  You see, when God created man, His creative attributes were put in Him  with expansive imagination to think big that even after the fall of man with the devil taking over and subjecting man to  bondage, the devil could not totally obliterates that mentality. Those people who came after the flood, decided to think big and conceived a tall building that will reach heaven. They were ready to build it, but because they were going against God’s plan which is to multiply and fill the earth, God had to come and stop them. Read Genesis 11:1-8

You have the capacity to think big

When we gave our lives to Jesus, we were made new creatures in Christ Jesus, with the mind of Christ and the faith of God to believe God to create things. No wonder the bible states that the extent of what we can do as believers is so vast that we cannot even reach its end, it keep expanding in scope and dimension. Paul told the Ephesians Church about it. He said ”Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us, to Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus to all generations, forever and ever. Amen” Ephesians 3:20-21. Did you see that, the capacity to think big is already inside of us , God is able to do more than what we can ask or think, what we need to do is to learn how to make it our lifestyle every day.

You will have to renew your mind

Though we have this creative ability and capacity inside us, the process through which this will be our way of life is to renew our minds to this truth. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2  The plan of God is for the glory of His knowledge to spread all over the earth and it will require His people to begin to mirror His thinking in every aspect of their lives in order to establish His plan on earth. Yes, many times the vision God will give you can look too big for you, It’s because He want you to accomplish that vision with Him and that is why we have to look at things through His prism and think big. He is a Big God. We have to understand that the bigness of our God requires that we imitate Him by thinking big because He want us to. He does not only want us to think big but pray big, speak big and release our faith to believe our Big God to bring to pass the big dreams He has given us.

Are you building weaker or stronger?

Have you been around a construction site where a skyscraper is being built? if you had, especially at the commencement of the building you will notice that the builders would first create a foundation for the building before they build on it. Now, you will notice a  contrast between the foundation for the skyscraper building and a bungalow if you’d seen one.

The difference is clear.

The difference in those foundations is due to the size and the amount of work put into the skyscraper compared with the latter. You see God the same way want us to build the house of our lives on a solid foundation.

Every house has to be built in 2 ways, strong or weak. The bible reveals that God has given us the tool to build our lives  You see our house here refers to our lives. With that in mind, let’s note what God says here.  Through wisdom, a house is built, And by understanding it is established; By knowledge the rooms are filled with all precious and pleasant riches. Proverbs 24:3-4

Wisdom refers to the right application of revealed knowledge from God. For the believer, God has made us in a way that we can receive His wisdom, His ideas and insights about every area of our lives. But we will have to take advantage of this grace that God has given us and exercise that advantage over the challenges we face in this life. Because through wisdom a house is built, we will have to assess our lives to see each time whether we are taking our lives in the direction of strength by right application of the wisdom of God from His word or in the direction of weakness through disobedience.

Jesus warned us about having weak foundations.

Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. “But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand: and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, and it fell. And great was its fall.” Matthew 7:24-27

I want you to notice an interesting thing here, about what happened to the two houses Jesus talked about, the same rain, the same floods, the same winds, descended on both houses, while one fell, the other stood, the weak house built by the person Jesus likened to a foolish fell greatly whilst the one built by a man Jesus likened to a wise man stood whilst they were both facing the same challenges.

The difference is about what Jesus says

In order to build a stronger life on the right foundation, we will have to learn to hear, understand what the bible says and do them. The truth is, doing what the bible says is wisdom and it will enable us to build any area of our lives in such a way as to withstand the challenges of life and outlast them!. Living on this planet automatically attracts challenges. Contrary to many opinions, we are in a battlefield of life and there is no way you can be on a battlefield and not be shot at. But with the word of God you can win and outlast your enemy!

Life is not fair. But we can have the life of our dreams if we follow the words of Jesus and do them.

It’s so simple that the only way we can complicate it is when we allow fear and doubt to prevent us from doing it. The more we obey the word of God and instructions that the Holy Spirit brings to our heart, the stronger we make the foundation of our lives to be able to withstand the storms and winds of life and the opposite is true if we don’t

Now, in case you think that you are not one of those people not smart to win in life, I have news for you. If you look at the above scripture in Matthew 7, you will notice that Jesus said that he who hear and do His word, He will liken him to a wise man, you don’t have to be wise in your own self, you just have to imitate and act out in your life what the bible says and leave the result to Him. You will see it in your life, your foundation will become stronger.

How to speak like Jesus

One thing many people don’t realise about this planet is that it is a word built, word controlled environment. The reason is clearly stated in the scripture and you can find it in the book of Genesis chapter one. Moses was given the revelation by God regarding how this planet came to be in existence and how man and all other beings came into existence. It’s interesting when you look at what the bible say in Genesis 1;1-2 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.

Nothing happened until God spoke

Nothing happened until God looked at that scene and changed it. He spoke And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. Genesis 1:3. Everything was created by what God said and became exactly what God said it should be. Now that is God, I am just a human being, I can’t speak like God!

Yes you can!

You see if you are born again, you are a new creature in Christ Jesus, you have an inbuilt capacity and ability to speak like God.

How do you know that Pastor? I know that because the bible says we can imitate God. Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. Ephesians 5:1 We can simply follow God’s example at all times.

Jesus followed God’s example

That’s exactly what Jesus did when He was here on earth, you see though tradition has taught many to think that when Jesus was here, He was using His Powers and Abilities as God, the Son.

He wasn’t.

Who, being in very nature God,  did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage;rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death— even death on a cross! Philippians 2:6-8

He was a man born of a virgin, anointed with the Holy Ghost. That is why He called Himself the Son of man. Yes He was Special with the Fullness of the Anointing or Powers of God but He carried it in human vessel just like you and I and did not sin or make a mistake or in error whilst in human body once, not a single time.

You know how He did that? He followed the Father’s example by saying only and only what His father says and nothing more. Hear him,  So Jesus said, “When you have lifted up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am he and that I do nothing on my own but speak just what the Father has taught me. John 8:28

I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. John 5:30

You can do the same

But pastor that was Jesus, He and God are in the same class, I am but a human, Yes, Jesus and God are in the same class but it takes nothing from them for you to act your class, an image of God created to imitate God.

He who says he abides in Him ought himself also to walk just as He walked. 1 John 2:6

How do we do that? we do by speaking exactly what the word of God, the bible says and things the Spirit of God who is our Comforter and Teacher bring to our heart to say. We don’t speak the facts represented by the problems and lies of the devils about poverty, sin and sickness. No We speak the word. We speak like Jesus at all times.

Jesus said we should. Jesus replied, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done Matthew 21:21 NIV

What do I do when I miss? Just quickly repent and straighten your mouth immediately, in fact that is how you engage in spiritual warfare; with the sword of the spirit, which is the word of God, speaking what God says rather than what you feel or see. That is how the bible teaches us to speak at all times; like Jesus.

How to maintain your focus despite distractions

We live in the most noisy time in the history of this planet, there are many things that  distracts people easily, we have our mobile phone with various apps for various tasks and entertainment, It appears as if the life span of our attention has greatly reduced compared with previous generations.

To add to that, challenges of life and problems also adds to myriads of things that distracts us. Problems have a way of distracting our thoughts from the word of God especially when we need to focus on it more than ever. The devil try to distracts us in order to move our focus away from the most important thing in our life- the word of God.

Here are 4 ways you can focus your thoughts on what matters anytime the enemy try to distract you.

Look at what will feed your faith

I will not look with approval on anything that is vile. I hate what faithless people do; I will have no part in it. Psalm 101:3

The bible says that faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God Romans 10:17, this means that we have to give our attention to what we feed our faith at all times despite the challenges the enemy brings. I know that it’s easier said than done, but what separate champions from the rest is the decision and the words. ”I will” Strong enough to propel us towards faith instead of the nagging doubts that the devil would try to feed us if we allow him. Don’t, feed your faith, don’t look at what will bring doubts to your life.

Think right always, don’t allow your mind to wander

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things. Philippians 4:8

When we allow our mind to have a mind of its own it will wander away from that which is true-the word of God, if you allow your mind to start thinking failure, it will, in fact it’s easier to think of failure because the demonic ‘gravitational’ pull of this world is towards failure,. That is why cannot allow our mind to think of anything else that will distract us from the successful plan God has placed in our lives.

Continually renew your mind with the word

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2

The mind has to be renewed daily in order to impact a lasting change on it.

You will have to deal with your mind first before you deal with anything else. If you are being distracted from the word of God by the problems you are facing or the frustration of not achieving your goal.

Stop. go back and read and meditate on the word of God even if you have to force yourself to do it.

Do it. You will not maintain your focus without your mind changing to mirror God’as word on a daily basis. Don’t forget. Do it, even if you have to force yourself.

Set your mind on the end result

Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. Colossians 3:2

Set your mind on the end result, not on the temporary setbacks and distractions due to various day-to-day life. Allow yourself to spend quality time with Good and His word in such a way that it does not only impact your thinking and your faith, it spills over into your emotive fellowship with Him. It’s important that like a thermostat you set your mind and affection on things above and refuse to be moved otherwise no matter the raging storms that want to shift your focus away from what matters-the word.

Have you agreed to do your part?

Many people shirk their responsibility in life in the area of doing what is their part in the area of succeeding in life e. I have heard the reason many times.

I can’t do it because…

I can’t play it because…

We give reasons so much that even our reason have reasons! Think about that.

But the greatest of all excuses is when we excuse the part that is our responsibility in doing the word of God and put the whole responsibility on God. Truth is, that leads to failure and when we fail we then blame God and not ourselves.

This need to stop.

God is a God of impossible but if you look closely you will notice that He will ask us to obey Him and whatever He ask us to do will be what is within our possible means. God is fair, He won’t ask you to do what you cannot do.

There is God’s part and your part in the fulfilment of  His word in your life.

 Now settle this once and for all in your life, God will always do His part! He will always. You have to check your part of the equation. He is faithful at all times.

Jesus Christ the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 13;8

Don’t give excuses regarding the reason why the word of God will not work in your life.  Don’t give excuses for failure. The word of God works if you are determined to show up and work it. Make up your mind that you are going to believe what God say in His word and you are going to receive. That kind of attitude does not excuse failure!

The question you should be asking yourself if anything appears not to be going right regarding what you believe in the word of God is this, Have I done all that is needed?

Therefore take up the whole armour of God that you may be able to withstand in the evil day and having done all to stand..Ephesians 6:13

If you have not done all yet, don’t worry. Just do it. Ask the Holy for help to know  what you should do and  the Holy Spirit will show you what to do but you can’t afford to make excuses for the reason the word of God s not working in your life and put the blame on God.

God has great plans for your life and He requires you to begin to find out what those plans are.After you discover them in His word and by His Spirit, make up your mind to follow them and do your part

The fulfilment of God’s vision for your life will unfolds in stages. We live our lives in stages and our goals are realised in stages, some goals will manifest immediately, some will take time, you need to understand that and be faithful to continue doing those things you have been told by God to do even though you have not seen it yet. Keep doing your own part! 

Many great destinies have been truncated; many potential successes have been turned into failures due to excuses. You owe it to your self and to God to remain faithful and you will surely abound in blessings
